  • When you HotSync, the data you entered on your handheld will be copied to the desktop.
    • You'll return to the Register and the transaction you entered will be displayed and your ending balance will be updated.
  • Enter a Payee, an Amount, and select a Category from the list (e.g., "The Gap", $25, Clothing) and tap OK to close the New Transaction dialog.
  • To add a new transaction, click the new button.
